Notes
- Meetings normally start at 7.30pm in the Council Chamber, Town Hall
- There is a slot on the agenda at full council for public participation where members of the public may raise issues
- No decisions may be taken as there has been no prior notice
- However, matters raised can become future agenda items
for discussion at full council or it may be a matter which the parish clerk can follow up
- This is an opportunity for residents to raise matters before all councillors
- Public and press are welcome to come and observe all meetings of full council and standing committees
- Further efforts have been made to
streamline meetings and reduce their number. Finance will be a
regular Agenda item for an update at each Full Council with a separate Budget
planning meeting in October.
